We have 3 centres situated in Alexandra, Norwood and Soweto respectively. At these centres, we offer both telephone counselling as well as face-to-face counselling with specialist areas being rape, trauma and couples counselling. During our previous financial year, we attended to 15 204 clients across the three centres. We further have teams of peer educators going door-to-door in Alexandra and Soweto engaging with community members on emotional wellness, offering support and appropriate referrals to individuals in need. For the twelve month period, our peer educators reached 30 411 community members. Both counselling and peer education are funded by the Anglo American Chairman's Fund.
